What I’ve accomplished today:
- Have acquired new passport photo. Lookin’ sketchy!
- Finally downloaded a load of photos off my camera. Sadly, I didn’t get all of them because the sheer volume of them drained my battery while copying.
- Ate a semi-delicious Lean Cuisine Ravioli lunch.
- Found copy of Season 1 of Burn Notice. The last copy at Future Shop, as Wally World was allllllll sold out.
What I’m currently working on:
- Learning how to integrate LDAP into my software so we can use Active Directory authentication. Woooo!!
What’s happening later:
- Grocery Shopping. Jeelouse?
- Laundry.
- Chilling out. Heck yes, I am. While possibly catching the new Burn Notice tonight.

I’m Ted from Long Island, I just want to say that I am a long time reader, first time commenter. I just wanted to ask with you being a super fly Asian chick, do your white friends in Calgary ever make fun of you for doing laundry? You know like because that is all Asians did in the Wild West and you are living in Calgary. Just curious.

Glad to hear that you have been a loyal follower for so long. Being an Asian in Calgary, yes they do make fun of me for doing laundry. They seem to think that I will do all of theirs for them, too, but what they don’t know is that when I see a stray pair of soiled underwear in my basket I don’t wash them. I simply put them in the dryer with an opened packet of screaming hot sauce. I giggle to see their discomfort!
Plus, the difference between myself and my Wildly Western ancestors is that I am not a regular practicer of kung fu, nor do I own a tipi. I am also a natural blonde. Tee hee!
